Childrens Pony Camps

Pony camps are available for children aged six and upwards during each of the school holidays and throughout the summer. Based in our stables in Bray, County Wicklow just twenty minutes from Dublin City Centre the camps are typically three days long, running from 10.30 to 16.30 each day. We have camps suitable for beginner kids as well as intermediate level riders and even camps for experienced pony club kids. Midweek Trekking at Brennanstown

We have now finalised the term riding programme for the summer and we have also made spaces for new childrens classes on the weekdays during the summer.

This also has details of trekking available thoughout the summer and special events like barbeque rides on a few evening after work.

ADULT LESSONS WITH LUNCH INCLUDED

We will soon be launching a new service comprising of a course of off-peak lessons with lunch in Avoca Handweavers' new Fernhouse Cafe afterwards. SPACES AVAILABLE FOR ADULT RIDERS

We have a couple of spaces available for the term starting 31 March 2008 for adults or students who are riding at an intermediate level or above.

The spaces are available for weekday evenings and on Saturdays.

There are also a couple of spots available for our weekly Saturday 2.30 ride out.

SATURDAY 22nd & 29th MARCH NOTICE

This is an important notice for riders hoping to ride this Saturday 22nd and also next Saturday 29th March.

Firstly as the first term is now over this lesson will need to be paid for when you arrive unless you have missed one of the term classes in which case you have one catch up lesson which can be used either this Saturday or next Saturday.

Secondly we will need you to book your places so that we know who is coming so please either email or call us to confirm your spot for these two weeks.

Finally we will be having assesments for both Adults and Children who have some experience to see if they will be able to join the term classes. If interested in getting into the term programme please contact us immediately to see if we have an appropriate space available.

Please note we have no spaces available for beginner/novice children or adults.

Just a quick note to thank all of you who supported us on our Daffodil Day Coffee Mornings. Thanks to your very generous support we managed to raise a whopping €770 for a very worthy cause.

NEW BEGINNER ADULTS CLASS MONDAYS

We now have spaces available for seven new adult beginners for a course of eight weeks starting on Monday Evenings from 31st March. This course was extremely popular last time around so if interested get in touch as soon as possible as places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

As many of you are no doubt awareDaffodil Day is this Friday 7th March and here in Brennanstown we will be holding a special coffee and cake morning this Saturday to support this very worthy cause.

A discussion point for all our term riders is that we hope to run 4 week blocks throughout the summer that would make life easier for those planning holidays etc. We also hope to run several camps for children and some adult courses too.

TERM RIDING RENEWALS

A notice for all our current term riders.

Please note that time is running out to register for term two.

The current term finishes on Saturday 16th March. The following two weeks will be open for regular riding i.e. you just need to let us know if you will be coming or not in advance. Riders who missed a lesson during the term can get one catch up lesson on either of these two weeks. We also hope to give some new clients an opportunity to be assessed this weekend prior to the new term starting.

For those currently riding on our term lessons I have attached a renewal form for the next term which begins on Monday 31st March and finishes 8 weeks later on Saturday 25th May. The prices will be €240 per adult, €224 per student and €208 per child. If you wish to take part in this term you must inform the office immediately and pay a deposit of €100 by Monday 3rd March. If we have spaces available after this time we will be taking some new clients from the waiting list.

FRIDAY MORNING SCENIC TREKKING

Each and every Friday for the forseeable future we will have a Novice Trek at 11.00 that will take in the sights from arounf the Hollybrook and Kilruddery Estates as well as views from the Little Sugar Loaf Mountain. The price is just €33 for an adult and anyone can join.
